The Trade - scene 1-4 INT. DIMLY LIT KITCHEN ROOM - NIGHT A man reaches for his drink, then discovers he has a blood covered knife in his hand. FLASH: EXT. FOREST COVERED BY TREES, WITH A DRIED UP POND SEPARATING THE FOREST FROM A CLIFF - DAY Sam appears, blood flows across his right arm. He wakes up and sits upright and looks at his arm, nothing is there. Then Sam gets up a looks around. SAM? (O.S.) (Laugh  and clapping repetitively) Finally your up! I was wondering... Sam gets up and turns around to see another copy of himself.  Then trips over SAM What... where am I? Wh, wh, who? Sam backs up SAM? Who am I? Where are WE? You tell me. Me on the other hand, I'm clear ly a better version of you Sam recalls a vision and looks down to see his wrists cut. The cuts fade away. SAM Di, di, Did I... SAM? What kill yourself? A better question is why? Was it because you were lonely; nobody loved you, is that it? No wait, was it for attention...
